Capture Coverage Heatmap

The new Coverage Heatmap feature enables tracking trends in capture coverage by date and level, ensuring optimized site capture programs for maximum insights. Heatmaps provide a clear and comprehensive depiction of site capture trends, offering project managers, VDC teams, and executives comprehensive insights.

You can access this feature in the 'Captures' tab of the Project Admin Center. Please note that members without access to the Project Admin Center will not be able to use this feature.

Textured Mesh Dollhouse

3D Dollhouses can now be visualized in fully textured 3D mesh mode. Exportable formats include OBJ and GLB for use with Revit, Navisworks, Revizto, and other downstream applications.

3D Dollhouse's view modes (Textured Mesh, Colored Points, Elevation Heatmap) can be selected from the Plan Viewer.

OmniNote

The Cupix TwinCapture OmniNote feature allows you to capture photos or record voice memos on your mobile phone while taking 360° video walks.  

Benefits of using OmniNotes?

  • 3D geotagged high-res photos & voice memos: Automatically linked with your 360° video walk path for location context.
  • Multiple viewing options for easy access: Check notes on a map, in 3D virtual exploration, or view all in a list.
  • Detailed as-built site documentation: High-resolution photos provide finer detail than standard 360° video images, ideal for recording essential visual information.
  • Automatic Text Extraction from PhotoNotes and Voice Transcription from VoiceNotes providing the ability to index and search.

For more information on creating photo notes and voice notes, please refer to the user guide ('OmniNote') available on the Support Center.

Auto Image Quality Enhancement

If poor lighting is making it too dark to see, the new 'Brighten Up' function will automatically enhance the brightness of panoramic images. You can find the button in the top-right menu bar of SiteView's Capture Viewer.

Once activated, this adjustment applies to all panoramic images within SiteView, regardless of their level or capture date. So, if it becomes too bright, don't forget to turn the function off.

New Member Role - SiteView Observer

We've introduced a new Member Role called the SiteView Observer. This role grants users restricted View-only access to shared SiteViews, without the ability to Create or Edit. Here's a breakdown of what SiteView Observers can and cannot do:

SiteView Observer can:

  • Open and navigate SiteView
  • View annotations, comments, attachments, and measurements
  • Observers can measure but measurements cannot be saved.

SiteView Observer cannot:

  • Add or edit annotations, comments, attachments, and measurements
  • Download annotation attachments
  • Generate timeline report

New SiteView Dashboard Interface

We've enhanced the usability and clarity of the SiteInsights Dashboard. We've relocated filters and menus to more prominent locations, making it effortless to access your desired data. Moreover, we've introduced tooltips to provide explanations for key terms, simplifying your data understanding.

SiteInsights Overview Page

  1. Page Selection Tabs: We've relocated the SiteInsight Overview and Completion Details tabs to the top, making it simpler for you to switch between pages.
  2. Top Menu Bar and Filters: We've reorganized the top menu bar and filter placement, ensuring a more intuitive and efficient navigation experience.
  3. Tooltips: We've added descriptive tooltips that pop up when you hover your mouse over question marks next to key terms, making it easier for you to understand the meanings.
  4. Overview Banner: The Overview is now presented in a prominent banner format, providing you with a quick and clear snapshot of the important information.

Completion Details Page

  1. Reality Check Toggle: We've moved the Reality Check toggle, previously located in the table header, to the top bar, making it more accessible and user-friendly.
  2. Level Selector: We've introduced a level selector in the primary Capture viewer, allowing you to conveniently choose your desired level.

New SiteInsight Dashboard

Discover the newly updated SiteInsights Dashboard. The new SiteInsights Dashboard will provide Overview and Completion Details pages, granting you a quick overview of project advancement or the opportunity to delve into specific category developments using synchronized BIM models. 

Overview Page

The Overview page provides a clearer snapshot of project progress. Benefit from refined representations of overall advancement—presented as percentages or quantities within subcategories. This improvement ensures a comprehensive understanding of project development.

  1. Completed Quantities: You can view the accumulated progress for the specified date, level, and category from the Dashboard Settings (④) on the right.
  2. Completed Quantities per Subcategories: You can view each category's accumulated progress for the specified date, level, and category.
  3. Completion Progress: You can view the selected category's completion progress for the specified date and level.
  4. Dashboard Settings: You can specify the date, level, and category for the completed quantity and progress from here.

Completion Details Page

The Completion Details page provides a comprehensive view of category progress based on status and phase. Moreover, the new Reality Check feature assists you in gaining a deeper understanding of specific category advancements by utilizing color-coded BIM models synchronized with the Capture Viewer.

  1. Reality Check: Color-coded BIM synchronized with Capture Viewer can be displayed by turning the 'Reality Check' toggle on.
  2. List of Color-coded BIM Objects by Status: The progress of each category based on 'Status' or 'Phase' can be viewed. 
  3. Filters: When the BIM is color-coded according to status, you can filter the display based on three different statuses: Completed, On-going, and Not Started.
